Sarah Czypinski is a litigator who concentrates her practice on complex commercial litigation. She has assisted in the representation of clients in both state and federal court. Ms. Czypinski has worked for clients on litigation matters involving toxic tort and products liability, insurance coverage, government enforcement, and other complex commercial disputes. As part of her broader litigation practice, Ms. Czypinski assists her clients as national coordinating counsel by arguing motions for summary judgment, deposing expert witnesses, drafting a variety of motions, and preparing cases for trial.

Professional Background

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Czypinski was a volunteer law clerk for the Honorable David Stewart Cercone of the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. She was a summer associate in the firm’s Pittsburgh office in 2014. In addition, Ms. Czypinski was a legal intern for the United States Attorney’s Office for the Western District of Pennsylvania, and she was a research assistant during law school.
