Sean Crosky is a partner in the firm's London office. He is a structured finance lawyer with experience in a wide variety of financing transactions including debt capital markets, structured products, receivables financings, restructurings and Islamic finance and in particular in advising trustees, loan agents and corporate service providers on these financings. Mr. Crosky has advised on a variety of transactions including securitisations of trade receivables, auto loans, residential mortgages, commercial mortgages, insurance contracts, portfolios of loans and transport assets as well as transactions involving asset backed commercial paper, conduit financing and covered bonds. He also has advised clients on a number of shariah compliant financing transactions, including sukuk transactions and financing programmes including shariah compliant structures. He has also advised on a number of high profile debt restructurings, defaults and liquidations of portfolios of assets. Mr. Crosky has advised on transactions in the UK, Europe, the Middle East, Australia and Asia.

  • Advising US Bank Trustees Limited and State Street Bank and Trust Company on a number of European CLO 2.0 transactions, including GLG European Partners, Grosvenor Place 2014-1, Contego II and seven Carlyle European CLOs and on various warehousing financings relating to CLOs
