Tom Dunn is an associate in the firm's London office, where he is a member of the banking & asset finance practice group.

Mr. Dunn has experience in a wide variety of financing transactions, including real estate finance, aviation finance, development finance, debt capital markets, structured finance and restructurings.

Mr. Dunn concentrates his practice on domestic and international real estate, structured and asset finance, and regularly advises lenders, borrowers, investors and finance leasing companies on cross-border transactions. He also has experience acting for third party loan servicers on their appointments.

His work also involves acting for clients in Shariah-compliant financings, including sukuk, murabaha and ijaara structures.

Professional Background

Mr. Dunn completed his training contract at K&L Gates, during which he gained experience in the Insurance Coverage, Corporate/M&A, Banking & Asset Finance and Commercial Real Estate departments.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Dunn was a junior fellow and research assistant at a think tank and interned for a Member of Parliament.
