Timothy Webb is a partner at the firm’s London office. He is a member of the real estate practice group. Tim's practice is focused on real estate private equity funds, institutional investment and development, with 25 years' experience advising multinationals, local real estate companies and family offices on projects in the UK, Western Europe, CEE, SE Asia, Brazil and China.

Mr. Webb has advised clients including, Avanton, Bourne Capital, Caisson Investment Management LLP, Highbridge Properties plc, Hines Global Income Trust, LJ Group, Pacific Century Premium Developments Limited, Patrizia, Starwood Capital, Tristan Capital.

  • Advised Oak Holdings plc on its Development Agreement for the £350 million Yes! project near Rotherham together with arrangements for management and enhancement of adjacent 1,000-acre Rother Valley Park on what was intended to be the then-largest destination leisure scheme in Europe.
  • Advised Cathedral Group plc/Development Securities plc JV on the £800 million mixed-use strategic regeneration of 19 acres of Thames riverside brownfield land on the Greenwich peninsula.
  • Advised Crescent Heights on the circa £160 million purchase, subsequent refinancing and ultimate sale of Vintner's Place, London.
  • Advisor to Highbridge Properties plc structuring the opco/propco occupational, service level and facilities management arrangements for its circa £450 million data centre development at Cobalt Business Park.
  • Advised Bourne Capital on the refinancing of its circa £200 million non-leisure London real estate portfolio and the ongoing asset and development management of its Queensway estate.
  • Advised Silver Star Properties on its purchase of land from Croydon College for the circa £75 million GDV development of a 29 storey tower adjacent to East Croydon Station comprising residential apartments and a hotel.
  • Advise Hines Global Income Trust in a quasi - general counsel role on oversight of all European transactions relating to the de-facto General Counsel in Houston.
