Eric Jacobi is an associate in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office where he focuses his practice on antitrust and complex commercial litigation. He has substantial experience advising clients on all matters of antitrust law, including price fixing, monopolization, refusal to deal, resale price maintenance, and merger clearance proceedings, including second requests. Mr. Jacobi advises a wide range of individuals and companies, including those in the pharmaceutical, auto parts, and technology sectors.

Additionally, Mr. Jacobi has served as the lead attorney on numerous Fair Credit Reporting Act (“FCRA”) cases and appeals. He also directly advises clients on matters of environmental liability.
