Mr. Sedlak is a cross border transactional lawyer with over 20 years practising in Asia. He concentrates his practice on projects and infrastructure, mergers and acquisitions, foreign investment and financial transactions, private equity and oil and gas.

Mr. Sedlak's clients include manufacturing companies, energy project developers, construction contractors, lenders and investors in property projects and a Floating Production, Storage and Offloading operator.

He also serves as a Vice President to the Board of the American Chamber of Commerce in Japan, where he oversees the Chamber's advocacy work with the Japanese and U.S. Governments.

As a partner at a global law firm, Mr. Sedlak established and managed offices in Ho Chi Minh City and Singapore.

Mr. Sedlak has extensive cross-border experience, having handled transactions in Australia, Canada, China, Cyprus, Hong Kong, Hungary, India, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, the United Kingdom, the United States and Vietnam.
