Ernie Cochran focuses his practice in the areas of real estate development, corporate counseling and structuring, and executing mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures. He has represented commercial developers, landlords, and tenants in various real estate projects, including the acquisition, development, and leasing of mixed-use developments, resort properties, and office complexes. He has also represented companies in a wide variety of corporate transactions.
