Florens Girardet is a partner at K&L Gates' Berlin office and a member of the Real Estate practice group. He advises on real estate transactions and all legal matters related to asset and property management. He also focuses on legal transactions with respect to real property, including sales law, tenancy law, construction law (public and private), litigation and the drafting of contracts.
Mr. Girardet joined K&L Gates in September 2010. Since 2003, he advised clients on real estate law, six years at his own firm, a small boutique specializing in real estate transactions, and last year in the transactions and corporate law group of an international US law firm.
