Mr. Ketner is an associate in the Charlotte office and focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation. He has experience in a wide variety of matters, including representing major financial institutions in consumer class-action litigation and other high-stakes litigation. Appellate work in both federal and state court is also a regular part of Mr. Ketner’s practice.

In addition, Mr. Ketner has assisted employers in administrative and litigation proceedings related to ERISA and Title VII.

Professional Background

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Ketner served as law clerk to The Honorable E. Grady Jolly of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
