Harsha Garikapati is an associate in the firm’s New York office. He is a member of the private equity and corporate/M&A practice groups. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions involving strategic and private equity clients including their portfolio entities on a variety of domestic and cross-border transactions, such as leveraged buyouts, mergers, equity and asset acquisitions and divestitures. Mr. Garikapati represents clients across a wide range of industries, including technology, pharmaceuticals, financial services and energy.

Professional Background

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Garikapati served as a solicitor in the private equity practice group of a leading international law firm in Australia where he represented domestic and international private equity firms, including their portfolio entities, in various acquisitions and divestitures across several industries.
