Matthew Sikes is an associate in the Dallas office. Past experience includes representing clients in a variety of complex commercial litigation matters involving claims of professional liability, fraud, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, usury, tortious interference, civil RICO violations and shareholder oppression at both the trial and appellate stage. Mr. Sikes has also served as associate counsel in a number of land use matters.

Mr. Sikes was a summer associate at K&L Gates.  He worked as an intern for Chief Judge Walter Smith of the Western District of Texas.
