• Advising on civil works framework agreement based on NEC with SASOL in South Africa
• Advising on liability under EPC contract for Olefins plant in Saudi Arabia
• Advising on various joint venture agreements with bidders in Dubai for the bidding of future projects
• Advising on a feasibility study for the Al Lajjun Oil Shale Exploration Contract
• Reviewing and advising on Engineering Services Agreements with Nigerian local contractors
• Advising on an initial feasibility study for MAERSK FPSO project
• Negotiating a global Framework Agreement between an engineering contractor and a major oil company
• Reviewing and advising on documents for the spin off of a wholly owned subsidiary of an oil and gas engineering company
• Developing a suite of standard form procurement contracts for an oil and gas engineering company
• Advising on, and redrafting contracting policies for an oil and gas engineering company

Infrastructure

• Advising the developer on part of the works for the London Crossrail Project 
• Advising the construction contractor on the Intercity Rail Project for the construction of the train depots
• Advising the project sponsor on a PPP project for the redevelopment of Spencer Street Station in Australia. This also included advising on the second stage of the project for the development of the retail space and hotel.
• Advising Major Projects Victoria on the design and construction of a state of the art recital hall and theatre at Southbank in Australia.
• Advising the purchaser’s funders on the purchase of Duke's major gas and power assets by Alinta (Australia). The total cost of the acquisition was $AUD 1.04 billion
• Advising the Department of Infrastructure on the signaling works for the Craigieburn Rail Redevelopment Project.
