Mr. Ramón practices in labor and employment law and litigation. He has substantial experience in representing employers in every aspect of the employer/employee relationship, including advice and counsel on all types of employment related issues and litigation, including Title VII, ADEA, ADA, FLSA, EPA, OFCCP, affirmative action, wrongful discharge and employment contracts. His experience also includes affirmative action plans and federal, state and municipal contract compliance issues. He is a frequent speaker and lecturer on employment law policies, practices and legislation.  Mr. Ramón has been selected as Super Lawyer by Texas Monthly Magazine.

Professional Background

Mr. Ramón served as the Director of the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP), U.S. Dept. of Labor; General Counsel, U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM); and as Executive Assistant to EEOC Commissioner Tony Gallegos.
