Mr. Lowery has developed his litigation and trial practice with a focus on construction and engineering, product liability, premises liability, toxic tort and commercial cases.  He successfully tried to verdict several high risk cases on behalf of manufacturers and contractors in toxic tort lawsuits.  Mr. Lowery also maintains a significant practice in consulting to business, industry and the financial community on litigation-related issues.

Professional Background

Prior to joining K&L Gates, Mr. Lowery was a partner of a Dallas law firm.  He also served for more than four years as lead in house counsel for a Fortune 500 corporation, supervising that company’s national asbestos, welding rod, and other toxic tort litigation.  He was recognized as a “Texas Super Lawyer” by Texas Monthly Magazine in 2004 and 2005.  Mr. Lowery is AV Rated by Martindale Hubbell.
