Jason is a senior associate in the restructuring and insolvency team. He provides assistance to insolvency practitioners, lenders, and corporate clients on insolvency litigation, business restructuring, general commercial disputes and secured and unsecured recoveries.
Jason also has experience in mergers and acquisitions, venture capital transactions, and construction disputes.
