Jason N. Haycock

Jason Haycock is a partner in the firm’s San Francisco office. He focuses on complex litigation matters, including cases involving patent infringement, environmental contamination, and commercial disputes. He has experience in all phases of litigation, including drafting pleadings, facilitating discovery, drafting and arguing dispositive motions, and participating in pre-trial and trial. He has litigated in both federal and state courts, and has experience litigating in the U.S. International Trade Commission.

Jason’s specific trial experience includes conducting direct examination, cross-examination, and oral argument. He also has deposition experience, preparing a number of key witnesses and expert witnesses.

During law school, Jason served as a judicial extern for Judge Paul L. Friedman of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia. He also served as a student lawyer handling general civil matters in the U.S. Superior Court for the District of Columbia through his school’s general practice clinic. In the summer of his second year of law school, he served as a law clerk at a boutique litigation firm in Washington, D.C.
