  • aged care facilities

Professional Background

Prior to joining the firm in early 2015, Mr. Randall was a lawyer in a Perth-based corporate and commercial law firm. He also has experience working in the insurance industry.

  • Undertaking the due diligence enquiries and analysis in connection with the acquisition of an office tower in the Australian Capital Territory on behalf of a Germany property investment management firm
  • Acting for a major telecommunications provider in relation to the subdivision, divestment and leaseback of various property holdings in Western Australia

  • Acting for the Australian subsidiary of a leading property development, investment and asset management company based in the United Kingdom in relation to all its CBD office tower property holdings in Western Australia
  • Acting for a funds management firm in relation the surrender of lease and new leasing negotiations with both the exiting tenant and new tenant of its retail warehouse in Baldivis, Western Australia
  • Negotiating significant CBD commercial leasing transactions on behalf of landlords and tenants

  • Acting for a Chinese investment company in the largest dairy acquisition ever in Australia at AUD280 million, comprising 17,890 cows over 7,062 hectares of land and 25 separate dairies in Tasmania.
  • Advising a Swedish national income fund in connection with the acquisition and disposition of primary production land and water entitlements in Western Australia

  • Acting for some of the major banks in relation to the mortgagee sale of commercial, industrial and primary production land
