Jeff Gilmore is an associate in the firm’s Fort Worth office where he is a member of the oil, gas and resources practice group.

Professional Background

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Gilmore served as an associate at a large Texas based law firm where he gained experience in a wide variety of litigation matters, including complex product liability cases, numerous oil and gas disputes, multi-district litigation, fiduciary litigation, probate matters, trade secret litigation, and the arbitration of a business divorce. He focused his practice on energy litigation.

After earning MVP honors on Stanford’s baseball team, Mr. Gilmore was drafted by the Seattle Mariners as a right-handed pitcher. He pitched for several teams in the farm systems of the Mariners, the Blue Jays, and the Rockies. During each minor league off-season, Mr. Gilmore worked in corporate finance as an analyst for Cisco Systems in the Bay Area. A licensed pilot since age 18, Mr. Gilmore holds multiple pilot ratings and has amassed flight time in over a dozen different aircraft.
