Jody Saltzman is a partner in the firm’s Newark and New York offices where she is a member of the real estate practice group. Her practice focuses on real estate matters with experience negotiating commercial leases, subleases and licenses nationwide. Ms. Saltzman represents landlords and tenants in negotiating office, warehouse, showroom, gallery and retail leases. In addition, she assists clients in reviewing and negotiating architect and construction agreements. From term sheet to build out, she works with clients to evaluate their needs, their time constraints and their budget to obtain the best possible result.

Ms. Saltzman has helped numerous clients in the luxury, fashion, retail, legal, healthcare and banking industries across the United States, with considerable experience assisting foreign clients in U.S. rollouts.

Ms. Saltzman also assists clients in negotiations with third party servicing agreements, freight forwarding agreements, factoring agreements and accounts receivables financing.

Prior to joining the firm Ms. Saltzman served as partner at an international law firm.

  • Representation of a major healthcare company in a 170,000 SF lease in downtown Manhattan along with smaller office space requirements throughout the New York/New Jersey region.
  • Representation of a major online retailer for a 167,000 SF office and warehouse lease in New Jersey and a 25,000 SF New York headquarters office lease in the heart of Manhattan.
