Mr. Booe is a partner in the Charlotte office and focuses his practice primarily on single lender and syndicated commercial financing transactions, both in the structuring and documenting of new transactions and in the workout and recovery of non-performing credit facilities. Mr. Booe has extensive Chapter 11 bankruptcy experience, representing primarily lenders, equipment lessors, and creditors' committees.

Mr. Booe is certified as a Specialist in Bankruptcy Law by the North Carolina State Bar Board of Legal Specialization. He has presented numerous seminars and manuscripts on Chapter 11 bankruptcy and insolvency practice issues for the North Carolina Bar Association and the Turnaround Management Association.
