Mr. Waldron is a partner in the firm’s Pittsburgh office and concentrates his practice on complex commercial litigation and litigation of insurance coverage issues. He has advised clients or litigated on their behalf in disputes seeking coverage under various types of property and liability policies, including coverage for claims involving silica, asbestos products, asbestos premises, Jones Act, environmental, advertising injury, aviation, product recall, business interruption, bad faith, and builder’s risk losses or liabilities. Mr. Waldron’s insurance coverage matters include arbitrations, mediations, and cases pending or litigated in courts in Alabama, Arizona, California, Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Louisiana, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Texas, Washington, and West Virginia. In addition, Mr. Waldron has significant involvement in lawsuits and adversary proceedings relating to several mass tort bankruptcies, including those pending in Delaware, Louisiana, New York and Pennsylvania.
