Mr. Christman’s practice focuses on insurance coverage, real estate litigation and general commercial disputes. His insurance coverage experience includes representing policyholders in coverage cases involving property damage and business interruption losses, as well as toxic tort liabilities. His real estate litigation practice includes lease disputes, foreclosure actions and property tax assessment appeals. His general commercial disputes practice includes contract actions and business torts.

Mr. Christman's pro bono experience includes federal prisoner civil rights cases, incorporating and drafting bylaws for a new presbytery for the Evangelical Presbyterian Church denomination, and counseling nonprofit entities regarding lease disputes and insurance claims.

Professional Background

Mr. Christman was a summer associate at K&L Gates in 2008. He also previously worked as a volunteer attorney at the Neighborhood Legal Services Association. Mr. Christman has also taught a discussion seminar of LLM students regarding the distinctive aspects of U.S. law.
