Mr. Dotson focuses his practice in the areas of complex commercial litigation, insurance recovery, and securities litigation. He has represented clients in the hospitality, oil and gas, financial services, manufacturing, printing, shipping and trucking, health care, jewelry chemical manufacturing, waste disposal, construction, securities, real estate, and accounting industries. In connection with these and other representations, Mr. Dotson has assisted many of the firm's clients on matters involving alleged breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, breach of warranty, fraud, employment, secured transactions, trade secrets, Texas securities fraud, medical malpractice, injunctive relief, pollution, violations of the Texas Water Code, and contamination.
