Ms. Hollings is a lawyer in the Labour, Employment and Workplace Safety team in our Sydney office. She has experience in providing advice on a range of employment law matters including compliance with relevant laws, performance management and termination of employment, restructures, workplace complaints, managing ill and injured workers and restraints of trade. Ms. Hollings also has experience in drafting employment contracts and relevant workplace policies as well as defending breach of contract claims, general protections claims and unfair dismissal claims brought against government and private sector clients.
