Kat Miller is an associate in the Portland office. She is a member of the corporate, mergers and acquisitions, and investment management groups. Ms. Miller focuses her practice on advising clients on corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions and alternative investment fund issues. She has experience with corporate clients in a variety of industries including food and beverage, retail, transportation and healthcare. She also advises domestic and offshore private fund managers on organizational, regulatory and securities compliance matters. Ms. Miller works with investors and investment advisers who deal with private equity funds, venture capital funds, hedge funds and other private investment funds.
