Katie Thomason is counsel in the firm’s Boston office, where she advises clients on the acquisition, development, disposition, financing and leasing of commercial real estate. Ms. Thomason also represents borrowers and lenders in financing transactions, including broad experience representing loan parties in modifications, foreclosures, sales and related bankruptcy proceedings.

Ms. Thomason is a LEED Accredited Professional (LEED-AP), a distinction she earned through the Green Building Certification Institute. As a LEED-AP, she has demonstrated a thorough understanding of green building practices and principles, as well as the LEED Rating System.

Professional Background

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Thomason worked as a real estate associate at a large Boston law firm, where she assisted clients with a wide variety of real estate matters. Prior to beginning her real estate practice, Ms. Thomason worked as an intern at the New England Legal Foundation and as a student attorney at the Legal Services Center of Harvard Law School.
