During law school, Ms. McLaughlin interned for a justice on the Massachusetts Superior Court, was a law clerk for a small civil litigation firm, and interned at the Colorado State Public Defenders’ office in Denver. She also participated in the National Negotiation Competition in 2009 and was the vice-president of BC Law School’s Litigation & Advocacy Society. Prior to law school, Ms. McLaughlin worked at the Aspen Institute.
