Ms. Perez is an estate planning associate in the firm’s Dallas office. Ms. Perez’s practice focuses on assisting high net worth clients implement sophisiticated estate plans designed to transfer assets to their intended beneficiaries in a manner that minimizes federal gift and estate taxes. While understanding each client’s specific needs, Ms. Perez uses tools such as tax efficient wills and trusts as well as complex estate freezing techniques to best minimize transfer taxes. Ms. Perez also counsels and guides clients through the probate and estate administration process.
