Kevin M. Meuse

Mr. Meuse is a probate attorney skilled in estate planning, estate settlement and probate litigation matters. He has extensive experience in the preparation of complex generation-skipping transfer, marital deduction and charitable deduction plans for both U.S. and non-U.S. citizens; the creation of inter vivos gift programs; and the negotiation and preparation of complex antenuptial agreements. Mr. Meuse's probate litigation work is primarily in the area of guardianships of persons and property, including guardianships with commitment and extraordinary medical treatment authority and guardianship with estate planning authority.
