K&L Gates’ International Arbitration Practice Recognized in GAR 30

13 April 2018
London - The international arbitration practice of global law firm K&L Gates LLP has been ranked among the world’s 30 leading practices by Global Arbitration Review (GAR) magazine. The rankings, which were announced at the GAR Awards dinner during Paris Arbitration Week, are a key event on the arbitration calendar and follow a detailed research process.

Part of a broader GAR 100 ranking, the GAR 30 provides a comprehensive overview of the busiest arbitration practices across the world, as determined by such factors as the value and number of disputes handled, hours billed to arbitration matters, peer selection of lawyers as leading practitioners, and the number of pending cases in which lawyers have been appointed as arbitrators.

London partner Ian Meredith, a leader of K&L Gates’ international arbitration practice, stated: “I am delighted that K&L Gates has been included in the GAR 30, which is a recognition of the efforts of all our international team. I believe that our inclusion reflects the growing strength of our practice and of our work in supporting our clients in resolving some of the largest and most complex of disputes.”
