Kyle Luebke is an associate at the firm’s Charlotte office where he is a member of the banking and asset finance practice group. He focuses his practice on commercial lending, corporate finance and private equity and mezzanine financings. He represents both lenders and public and private borrowers in connection with secured and unsecured syndicated credit facilities, asset-based loans and acquisition financing. He also advises clients in the financial services industry on current federal regulatory issues and various consumer credit issues.

Professional Background

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Luebke served as an associate at an international law firm where he drafted and reviewed complex loan documentation relating to asset-based lending, syndicated loan transactions, renewable energy financing, native american financing, and agricultural financing. In addition, he, analyzed statutes, regulations and administrative decisions relating to consumer finance issues.


Mr. Luebke was recently awarded with a Business Law Fellowship by the American Bar Association’s Business Law Section
