Lauren Perry is an associate in the firm’s Harrisburg office. She focuses her practice on health care law and commercial litigation. She advises health systems and providers in a variety of regulatory, transactional and litigation matters, including:

  • compliance with federal and state fraud and abuse laws, HIPAA and state privacy laws, licensure requirements, corporate practice of medicine issues, and Medicare and Medicaid rules;
  • due diligence and regulatory compliance in health care mergers, acquisitions and reorganizations;
  • general litigation matters including commercial litigation, contract disputes and land rights issues.

Ms. Perry is also a member of the K&L Gates Cyber Civil Rights team, which helps victims of nonconsensual pornography by providing them legal assistance on a pro bono basis.

Professional Background

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Perry served as a law clerk at the Baltimore City Law Department. She also worked as a legal intern for the Medicaid Fraud Control Unit in the Attorney General Office of Maryland.
