Our lawyers have regular experience in cross-border deals and have acted for numerous US-based companies.

The litigation and arbitration practice covers domestic and international disputes, including investment treaty arbitration.   The team has experience of French domestic procedures as well as many forms of international arbitration including ICC, UNCITRAL and ICSID.  Clients include private and public sector entities across a range of industries and with a strong international flavor.

The labor and employment practice offers a full range of services addressing broad employment matters for both French and foreign companies in litigation and transactional matters. We have experience in a wide variety of contexts, including advising on acquired rights rules in relation to outsourcing and transfer of business, implementing redundancy programs, and defending in mass action cases.
