Ms. Arminak is a real estate lawyer who advises on commercial, industrial and retail leasing transactions, major property projects, the disposal and acquisition of commercial property, property due diligence and general commercial agreements. Ms. Arminak has a particular interest in working on government and private sector projects.

Professional Background

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Arminak gained extensive experience in a variety of legal roles, including as special counsel and as a senior lawyer for large Australian law firms, Deputy General Counsel for a government authority and as a senior writer for a legal publisher.
