Manfred Hack, LL.M.

Manfred is a partner in the firm’s Labor and Employment practice group in the Berlin office.  He is experienced in advising on company restructuring and outsourcing, corporate transactions, due diligence and post-merger integration, in the establishment of benefit and pension schemes and the employment relationships of directors and board members.  He is also well-versed in handling business immigration matters.
