Mark E. Vandermeulen

Mark assists clients in all aspects of real estate, with particular emphasis on REO property asset management for a special servicer, including the structuring of leasing, disposition, listing and property management agreements and drafting of leases and lease amendments. In addition, Mark assists in enforcing restrictive covenants for an office/industrial business park for a pension fund advisor. Mark also works with a developer client in the acquisition of development properties, the most recent by an equity interest with an investment cap of $30 million.
