Mr. Baroni has extensive experience in the areas of industrial relations, employment law, occupational health & safety and transport law. He services clients across a range of industries including road, rail and air transport.

Mr. Baroni regularly appears in various Australian tribunals and courts, including the Industrial Relations Commission of New South Wales, Fair Work Australia, and Supreme Court of New South Wales and Federal Courts of Australia. He also assists employers with the negotiation or new collective agreements and has negotiated some of the largest collective agreements in the country. Mr. Baroni is also often the resolution of industrial disputes. He represents some of the largest transport operators in the country

Mr. Baroni also has an extensive practice in the area of general transport law, including dealing with owner drivers, chain of responsibility legislation, driving hours regime and fatigue related law. He also regularly represents clients in coronial inquests dealing with transport industry and fatigue related fatalities. With a strong background in transport law, Mr. Baroni is often asked to advise boards of their obligations arising from chain of responsibility legislation and is a regular speaker and adviser for various transport industry bodies.
