Max Isaacson is an associate in the firm's real estate practice group. He focuses his practice on a wide range of commercial real estate-related transactions, including the acquisition, financing, development, leasing and disposition of various types of projects, including retail, office, and residential planned communities.

Professional Background

Mr. Isaacson was a summer associate at K&L Gates in 2016. Before joining K&L Gates, He served as an intern for the Honorable Timothy C. Batten, Sr., of U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, and as an intern for Senator Thom Tillis and the U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee. Max also counseled clients in the formation of non-profit corporations and through the application process for 501(c)(3) status while serving as a student attorney in the Community Development Law Clinic at the UNC School of Law.
