Mr. Ramirez is a former prosecutor who has developed a complex litigation and trial practice to solve the needs of a wide variety of clients.  He has successfully litigated both the prosecution and defense of business tort claims, as well as claims of product liability, toxic tort, insurance and professional liability.  He has successfully tried to verdict several high risk cases on behalf of manufacturers and contractors in toxic tort and product liability lawsuits. He is lead trial counsel for Texas lawsuits for a major international company.

Professional Background

Prior to joining K&L Gates, Mr. Ramirez was a Partner and the Chair of the Mass Tort Litigation section of a Dallas law firm.  He was recognized as a Texas Super Lawyer in 2003, 2004, and 2005.  Prior to engaging in the practice of law, Mr. Ramirez served in the United States Marine Corps.
