The Milan office assists real estate funds and companies in the acquisition and sale of real estate assets, assisting throughout the negotiation process, structuring of the deal and drafting of sale and purchase contracts, facility management and lease agreements. The Real Estate team also assists primary engineering and project management companies in the implementation of development and requalification projects relating to commercial and residential buildings, infrastructures and industrial facilities. Our assistance typically involves the drafting and negotiating of the required construction contracts (whether public or private) and ancillary agreements.
