Nancy S. Kim

Nancy Kim is an associate in the Seattle office of K&L Gates. Her practice focuses on intellectual property, with an emphasis on advertising and promotions law; and intellectual property licensing and transactional matters. 

Her work includes:

• counseling a major telecommunications company with regard to advertising and promotions law, including through the review of customer facing marketing materials and online properties;
• negotiating and drafting licensing agreements, including for online content, software and technology, and related hosting and services agreements;  
• conducting intellectual property due diligence and risk analysis for various acquisitions and investment transactions.
