Natasha is a corporate and commercial lawyer in the Energy, Infrastructure and Resources practice group.

In addition to regulatory compliance and corporate advisory work, Natasha has significant experience in mergers and acquisitions, regulatory compliance, equity capital markets, market takeovers and corporate governance work.

A significant part of Natasha's practice also includes advising on and preparing applications to the Foreign Investment Review Board on behalf of foreign clients, including both foreign listed and private companies and foreign investor funds in complex, cross-jurisdictional transactions.

While focusing on corporate and commercial issues, Natasha also plays an active role in ensuring access to justice is available for those less fortunate in the community and is a keen contributor to the firm's pro bono practice.

  • Advising Blackham Resources Limited on its recapitalisation, comprising a refinancing of its term loan with Orion Fund JV Limited via a secured $14.3 million loan facility with its key mining contractor, MACA Limited, rescheduling of amounts due to its principal contractors, and a fully underwritten $36 million renounceable rights issue, which included subunderwriting from both Orion and MACA.
  • Advising Ningbo Xianfeng New Material Co., Ltd (China) on a restructure of its Australian operations.
