Nathan Harrill is an associate in the Raleigh office and an adjunct professor at Wake Forest University School of Law. Mr. Harrill has practical experience with federal litigation and primarily focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions and general corporate and business matters.

Prior to joining K&L Gates, Mr. Harrill served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Chief Judge Carl E. Stewart, United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, and the Honorable Catherine C. Eagles, United States District Court for the Middle District of North Carolina.

Professional Background

Mr. Harrill was a summer associate at K&L Gates in 2012 and 2013 before completing federal clerkships in North Carolina and Louisiana and rejoining the firm in 2016.
