Nicholas McGrath is an associate in the K&L Gates Boston office and concentrates his practice on corporate, restructuring, and bankruptcy matters.

Professional Background

Mr. McGrath received his LL.M. in bankruptcy from St. John’s School of Law in New York. Prior to joining K&L Gates, Mr. McGrath worked in Maine at a bankruptcy law firm and the United States Chapter 13 Trustee’s Office. Mr. McGrath was also an in-house attorney at Audax Group.

Achievements

During law school, Mr. McGrath was a member of the Bankruptcy Moot Court team and received the Gignoux Award for Appellate Advocacy. Mr. McGrath was also a Dean's Scholar at St. John's University LL.M. in Bankruptcy Program and received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award for Reorganization Under Chapter 11.
