Ms. Guglielmi is a lawyer in the Melbourne office who advises on project delivery and infrastructure transactions. She has particular expertise in renewable energy projects and public-private partnerships (PPPs), including structuring, risk allocation, construction and facilities/operation management.

Ms. Guglielmi has assisted in advising sponsors and contractors on the development and ongoing operation of renewable energy projects such as wind and solar farms, and PPP and other infrastructure projects such as toll roads, prisons, and other project financed infrastructure assets both in Australia and New Zealand.

  • Advising ESCO Pacific and Palisade Investment Partners in relation to the successful financial close for the development of the AUD225 million 148MW Ross River Solar Farm.
  • Advising ARENA in relation to various renewable energy projects, including the successful financial close of the AUD28.7 million Longreach Solar Farm and the AUD47.5 million Oakey Solar Farm.
  • Advising Elecnor on various matters in relation to their Australian projects, including in relation to the 25MW Barcaldine Solar Project and 300MW Bungala Solar Project.
  • Advising Transurban in relation to various operational and construction matters.
  • Advising Programmed Facility Management in relation to its role as Facility Management provider on its bid for the Waikeria Prison PPP Project (NZ).
