Nicole M. Kozin

Nicole Kozin is an associate in the firm’s New York office. Nicole focuses her practice on litigation matters, including toxic tort and products liability. She has extensive experience in all phases of litigation in various federal and state courts throughout New York, including extensive work briefing lower court motions, conducting hundreds of fact and expert witness depositions and countless pretrial and settlement conferences with judges in federal and state court.

Nicole has represented product and equipment manufacturers in claims related to exposures from hazardous substances and has defended companies against claims of violating Labor Law, as well as, general negligence and strict liability claims. Additionally, she has extensive experience in matters related to general commercial litigation, wrongful death and tort law.

In addition, Nicole is committed to pro bono representation and regularly represents minor children seeking Special Immigrant Juvenile Status in the United States.

Prior to joining K&L Gates, Nicole was a litigation associate at a New York based law firm where her practice focused on the defense of mass torts and complex product liability cases.
