Mr. Rogers is an associate in the Charlotte office and focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, private equity and mezzanine finance transactions and general corporate and securities matters. He represents public and private companies, private equity funds and investment banking firms in public and private securities offerings, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and a variety of financing transactions. Mr. Rogers also advises public and private companies on compliance with federal and state securities laws, stock exchange listing standards and corporate governance matters.
