Phi Lan M. Tinsley

Ms. Tinsley’s practice focuses on counseling and litigation in the field of intellectual property rights including domestic and international trademark, trade dress, copyright, unfair competition, false advertising and internet related matters.  She advises clients on trademark prosecution, clearance and enforcement in the United States and world wide; trademark litigation; domain name dispute resolution and strategic brand adoption and protection.  Ms. Tinsley negotiates and drafts licenses, assignments and related IP agreements, and performs due diligence regarding intellectual property rights in connection with venture capital financing and other corporate transactions.  Ms. Tinsley works with clients representing the textile, publishing, software, biotechnology, telecommunication, marketing and research, pharmaceutical and entertainment industries.
