Commercial Leasing and Management Matters
We advise some of the largest owners and operators of commercial properties in the world on a wide range of retail, office, and industrial projects.  A significant part of our practice in this area consists of representing major corporations and creating programs designed to provide uniformity and efficiency for their leasing needs.

We also advise investors, developers, and agents concerning operational and management issues, often structuring arrangements for the management and leasing of major commercial developments.  We have experience advising major corporations in connection with asset sales, mergers, and acquisitions where the successful transfer of leasehold interests (often in multiple locations) is critical.  We also have significant experience in representing tenants and landlords in sale leaseback transactions.

Real Estate Outsourcing
We represent providers of real estate outsourcing services as well as companies that contract for those services in the context of both complex and routine outsourcing arrangements.  We are the primary real estate outsourcing counsel to one of the leading global providers of real estate outsourcing services and have negotiated hundreds of outsourcing contracts on its behalf of varying breadth and complexity, including numerous agreements with Fortune 100 companies.  These agreements have included outsourcing relationships covering multiple facets of real estate (facilities management, development, project management, transactions, lease administration, procurement, real estate accounting, and strategic advisory roles) and numerous types of properties (office, healthcare, retail, "mission critical" facilities, educational, industrial, petroleum, and others).

Green Leasing
