Priya Chadha is an associate in the firm’s New York office and has experience in a variety of matters including commercial disputes, international arbitration, and bankruptcy. Her practice focuses principally on complex commercial litigation in federal and state courts. Ms. Chadha has also represented clients in international arbitration matters in both the investor-state and commercial context. She also has experience with bankruptcy adversary proceedings. Lastly, she has worked on multiple appeals in both state and federal court.

Ms. Chadha assists clients through every stage of litigation. She has experience with all phases of discovery including document collection and review, written discovery, and preparing for and taking depositions. She also has extensive experience with dispositive motions in state and federal courts as well as merits hearings in arbitration.

Ms. Chadha is also actively involved in pro bono matters. She was part of a litigation team that won a grant of asylum for a teenage client subject to abuse in her home country. She also worked on litigation in federal court challenging the inadequate education of expelled students in Connecticut.
